The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart held their
fortnightly sale of store cattle at Longtown on Tuesday
25th October, 2011.
A much smaller show of 83 store cattle
and a plain show of quality saw trade a shade easier. Top price of £810
for an Angus bullock from Mr P.T. Dayson, Whamtown.
