Best quality cattle were good to sell and weather cattle harder to cash.

Top price to £1,110 for a Charolais bullock from J.C. & H.A. Charnock, Cumcrook, Limousins to £1,095 Castletown Estates and Angus to £1,090 from J.A. & E. Dinwoodie, Archerbeck. British Blue heifers sold to £955 from T. Hutton, How Farm with Limousin to £910 (x2) from S. Dalton, Greenside.
