All breeds of sheep were again dear, selling to a top of £60 for Texel ewes with singles from Glasson; Greyface £51.50 East Mains; Suffolk cross £49 Cumstone; Blackface £41, £35.50 Drumcork; Hill Cheviot £37 Kinning Hall; Swaledale £31.50 Bayles; Herdwick £29 Middle Farm.

Ewes with twins to £49 for Suffolk crosses from East Mains; Greyface £48 Hardhurst, £45 Hopestead and Cumstone; Texel £44.50 Kinning Hall; Cheviot Mule £41 Cumstone; Blackface £36.50 Drumcork and Murraythwaite; Swaledale £31 Bayles.

Texel ewes with triplets to £40 Brookfield.

Greyface hoggs with singles to £58, £52.50 Bayles and £55 Knells.

Store hoggs to £53 Bayles.

Cast ewes to £57.50 Halton Lea. Cast rams to £57.50 Halton Lea.
