An immaculate range of tractors, implements and a flock of top quality Suffolk and Half Bred ewes attracted one of the largest crowds seen at a farm sale for several years.

The reputation of “Rosewain” breeding sheep ensured a very dear trade with in lamb Texel cross two shear ewes selling to £101, others to £86, £81 and £78. Suffolk cross three & four shear ewes £82, £78, £75. Texel rams to £300 and £200.
