C & D Auction Marts Ltd held their weekly sale of Primestock in Dumfries on Wednesday 28th June 2017.
75 Cattle Forward:
Prime Cattle: A small show of prime cattle sold to a top mof 230p for a tremendous limousin heifer from J Jardinne, Yett selling to R Johnstone & Sons, Annan
Many more handy weight cattle could be sold to vendors advantage.
OTM Cattle – A large show of 71 OTM cattle were forward and continued to meet a brisk selling trade in all categories. Sale topped at 174p for a Limousin Cow from Mesr Dunlop, Tregallon No2 with Dairy Cows selling to a top of 164p W J Kerr & Son, Gamerigg.
