All classes of clean cattle were much sharper on the week selling
to 174.5p for a Limousin bullock from Messrs Blaylock, Hallburn,
others 165.5p Becton Hall, 164.5p Swaites & Faulding Cleugh.
Belgian Blues 172.5p Hallburn, 171.5p, 169.5p Faulding Cleugh. Limousin
heifers sold to 166.5p from Slealands, 164.5p Wyseby Hill Cottage,

The OTMs were also dearer on the

There was another large show of lambs forward. The usual ring of
buyers were keener on the week and saw the overall average up 8p
to level at 118.3p. The 3966 lambs over 36kg averaged 120.3p with
the 1324 under 36kg averaging 110.3p.
