C&D Auctions held their fortnightly sale of Store Cattle in Dumfries on Monday 1st September 2025.

408 cattle were forward to a large ringside of buyers all actively in a buying frame of mind. Renwick, Craig Douglas sold Bullocks to £2280 with Ferguson, Killervan making 521.1p/kg. Heifers sold to £2080 from Ramsay, High Auchneel and to 526.3p/kg from Ferguson, Killervan. Bulls to £2080 from Mundell, Braehead and to 391.8p/kg from KMB Farmers, Ardlamy.
