C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their fortnightly sale of Store Cattle at Dumfries. Strong ringside of Buyers in attendance with all classes selling in excess of Buyers expectations.

Bullocks average 402.2p/kg to 514.8p/kg from Magnay, Smallholms and to £2190 from Wilson, Marwhirn.

Heifers average 385.6p/kg to 453p/kg from Wyllie, Newmains and to £2120 from Graham, Hillhead.
