C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their fortnightly sale of Store Cattle at Dumfries.Restricted movements unrestricted prices. Store cattle see a strong price lift on the fortnight with Purchasers travelling from the South to see the quality Dumfries has on show. Top price today was £2190 for a pen of 445kg Limousin Bullocks from Ewart, Belridding and Heifers topping at £2010 from Wright, Innerfield and Ramsay, High Auchneel. 492.1p/kg was top p/kg for Bullocks and Heifers topped at 452p/kg from Ewart, Belridding.
