Dumfries Nithsdale Show & Sale of Scotch Mule Gimmers – 28 August 2026
C&D Auction Marts Ltd conducted their Annual Show and Sale of 1203 Scotch Mule Gimmers in Dumfries. The show of Gimmers was ably judged by Mr Ross McKinnon, Meikle Barncleugh who found his champions from Morton, Grennan which sold at £305. Reserve Champions from Wilson, Marwhirn selling at £300. An active ringside of Buyers were present for the Scotch Mules on offer with trade not being affect by restrictions to average £268.62 (+£2.78 on the year).
