C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their weekly sale of Prime Sheep in Dumfries. 639 Prime Lambs met a pleasing trade with more weight forward. Lambs topped at £192.50 from Brown, Newfield and to 363p/kg from Adkin, Dollard.

467 Cast Ewes & Rams met a stronger demand. A good ringside of Buyers actively requiring more numbers weekly. Texel Ewes topped at £240from Corsewall Castle Farm with Rams selling to £225 from McMillan, Ballaggan.
