C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their weekly sale of Prime Sheep in Dumfries. 890 Lambs; Export weights meeting plenty of trade whilst heavies touch harder to sell. Lambs sold to £170 from Kirkpatrick, Barr and to 362p/kg from Laird, East Polquhirter.

No Ewe turns, a bigger show forward of ewes today which would be dearer on the week. Tups topped at £300 from Nairn, Shieldhill and Ewes topping at £255 from Wilson, Newmains.
