Dumfries Machinery Sale – 04 September 2026

C&D Auction Marts Ltd held an Implement Sale at Dumfries. The first one for many a year, It has been described by many local farmers as a roaring success with a strong entry of 260 lots. The sale was conducted from the sale ring via MartEye system with 73% of the sale being bid via online and 47% of the sale being sold this way too. This amalgamation of active ringside and online bidding ensured all items were well sold and top prices achieved.

Top price was £33,000 for a 2008 John Deere 6930 closely followed by £24,000 for a 58 plate John Deere 6530. A Bobman sawdust dispenser achieved £11,000 and a McCormick CX95 tractor achieved £10,000.
