Dumfries Nithsdale Show & Sale of Scotch Mule Ewe Lambs – 12 September 2026

C&D Auction Marts Ltd conducted their Annual Show and Sale of Scotch Mule Ewe Lambs in Dumfries. Sponsored by Starlyne MacMinn with Judging in the capable hand of Mr David Morgan who awarded the Championship Trophy to D Henderson, Sweetshawhead which sold to £215. Reserve Rosette was awarded to CJ Porterous, Penlaw selling at £195. Scotch Mule Ewe Lambs were generally smaller in the year met a keen trade to level at £175.35 (-£2.12).

Gimmers sold readily to £300 from Wynholm Farms for Scotch Mules.

Blackface Ewe Lambs lacked Size and were easily sold to £132 from Earlshaugh and £132 from Laghead.
