C&D Auctions Ltd held their fortnightly sale of OTM and Prime Cattle in Dumfries on Monday 12th May 2025.

Buyers actively sought all classes with trade upholding recent strong rates. Beef cows averaged 292.3p/kg selling to 410p/kg from Lantonside and to £2854.50 from Belridding. Dairy cows averaged 222p/kg selling to290p/kg & £2227.50 from Barndennoch. Prime cattle sold to 440p/kg from Jardine, Yett to R Johnstone & Sons Butchers in Annan.
