C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their weekly sale of Prime Sheep in Dumfries. A larger show of Hoggs forward with a huge proportion of the sale being heavy Hoggs. Top price per Head was £194 from McLeish of West Skelston and top pence per kil was 413p/kg from Paterson, Hartbush.

A plainer show of Ewes still meeting a fast pace throughout the sale. More Prime Sheep required weekly.
