C&D Auction Marts held their weekly sale of Prime Sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 14th January 2026.

964 Hoggs forward, handy weight export Hoggs remain good to sell, over 45kg meeting some resistance. SQQ 327.2p/kg with sale average 308.4p/kg. Store Hoggs realised £134 for Texels from Peden, Tara. Cast Ewes prices maintained this week.
