C&D Auction Marts held their weekly sale sale of Prime Sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 17th December 2025.

Export weight lambs are wanted. Heavies meeting some resistance. Sale average 314p/kg (SQQ 327p/kg). Lambs sold to £172 from McLeish, West Skelston and to 353p/kg from Troloss, Muirside. Cast Ewes and Rams easily maintained recent rates with more required every week.
