Dumfries Primestock Report

C&D Auctions held their weekly sale of Prime Sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 17th September 2025.

Prime Lambs met a much sharper trade with more Buyers in attendance. Laird of East Polquhirter led the lamb trade at £186 with Kay, Auchenfad lambs reaching 348p/kg. Sale averaged 315.6p/kg. A larger show of ewes forward to a good ring side of purchasers.
