C&D Auction Marts held their weekly sale sale of Prime Sheep in Dumfries on Monday 22nd December 2025.

Trade for all classes meeting a rise in trade. Sale average 326.8p/kg (SQQ 347.1p/kg). Lambs sold to £200 from Ewart, Belridding and to 387p/kg from Bell, Hoddomtown. Cast Ewes and Rams continue to meet plenty of demand selling to £225 from Watret, Pendicle.

Next Sale is Monday 29th December at 3pm.
