C&D Auction Marts held their weekly sale of Store Lambs and Prime Sheep in Dumfries on Wednesday 29th October 2025.

Store Lambs met a competitive trade selling to £131 for Suffolks from Howatson, Burnhead and Texels from Peugniez, Woodhouse.

Cross – £115 Nethertown

Prime Lambs sharper with export weights scarce and in big demand. Lambs topped at £171 from McMillan, Ballaggan and to 341p from Roan, Barnbarroch. A plainer show of Cast Ewes and Rams forward which meet a good trade.
