Dumfries Store & Breeding Cattle Sale Report

C&D Auctions held their fortnightly sale of Store Cattle in Dumfries on Monday 13th October 2025.

Small show of Dairy bred Organic cattle sold to £2310 with Angus Bullocks from TC Stewart & Sons, Marshill.

Non Organic cattle were presented to a ringside of buyers all keen for all types and ages of cattle with trade being every bit as dear. Bullocks to 467.7p/kg from Prentice, Laught Mains and to £2260 from McMillan, Ballaggan to average 389.48p/kg. Heifers to 482.1p from Pentrice, Laught Mains and to £2180 from Burgoyne, Shenrick to average 382.52p/kg.
