C&D Auctions Ltd held their fortnightly sale of OTM and Prime Cattle in Dumfries on Monday 9th February 2026.
100 forward, a full ringside of active buyers in attendance. All classes maintaining values. Beef cows averaged 282.34p/kg and topped at 342p/kg from McKune, Townhead and to £2573 from Mair, Meikleholm. Dairy cows averaged 203p/kg and topped at 258p/kg from Currie, Barndennoch and to £1962 from Kenyon, New Farm. Bulls to 255p/kg and £3251.25 from Wylie, Newmains.
Prime cattle to 440p/kg from Jardine, Yett to R Johnstone & Son Butchers, Annan.
