Longtown Breeding Cattle Sale Report

C & D Auction Marts held their fortnightly sale of store cattle at Longtown on Tuesday 23rd September 2025.

The sale topped at £2,200 for a tremendous Limousin heifer shown by CT & J Wigham & Son, Hethermill, Kirklinton with bullocks selling to £2,190 for an Angus from DJ & M Moffat, Rigg Smiddy, Gretna.

All classes are of store cattle are wanted by purchaser demand and can be sold to vendor advantage at Longtown auction. Please contact our auctioneers for any further enquiries.
