Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Report

C & D Auction Marts held their weekly sale of Breeding sheep, Store hoggs and Feeding sheep at Longtown on Tuesday 27th May 2025.

Hoggs and lambs (124) top at £158 for a pen of Texel cross hoggs with Beltex cross lambs at foot from R G Hutchinson, Bayles Farm.

Ewes and lambs (202) a leaner show of ewes forward with later born lambs at foot. Topping today was a fantastic pen of Texel cross ewes with Texel lambs at foot realising £130 for K E White & Partners, Morwood Farm.
