Dumfries OTM and Prime Cattle Report
C&D Auctions Ltd held their fortnightly sale of OTMs in Dumfries on Monday 21st July 2025.
OTMs again met a competitive trade with Buyers actively seeking greater numbers. Dairy cows were topped at £2385.20 & 268p/kg from Currie, Barndennoch. Beef cows were topped at £2334.50 & 322p/kg from Sloan, Rigghead. Bulls topped at £3051 from TS Farming, Rigghead and to 295p/kg from Edgar, Ballinnie.
Prime cattle to 428p per kilo (£2,247) for a Limousin bullock from Faulding Cleugh.
