C & D Auction Marts held their fortnightly store cattle sale in Dumfries on Monday 13th June 2022.

Bullocks per head - Lim - £1390 Low Glasnick, £1310 Mid Bishopton, £1200 Belridding. BB - £1275, £1220, £1215 – Low Glasnick. AAberdeen Angus - £1190 £1145 Sheddock, £1190 High Auchneel,  £1140 Uppermoor, £1100 Horseholm.  Sal - £1045 Uppermoor.

Heifers per head –Sal - £1390 Low Glasnick, £1225 £1135 High Auchneel, £1100 Greenfield. Lim - £1260 Mid Bishopton, £1200 High Auchneel, £1195, £1150 Belridding, £1145 Horseholm. BB - £1250 Low Glasnick, £1155 Bridgestone. AA - £1245, £1225 High Auchneel, £1220 Laghead, £1200 Horseholm, £1130 Uppermoor, £1100 Sheddock. Sim - £1150 High Auchneel. BSH - £1135 High Auchneel. Also, the June sale of Breeding Cattle was presented to a good attendance of prospective buyers which sold to £2450 for a Saler x Heifer with Bull Calf from J. Paterson & Co. Kildarroch.
