Major Sale of Sawmill Machinery

C&D Auction Marts Ltd conducted the on site retirement sale on behalf of H. Armstrong, Ltd of engineering machinery, sawmill equipment, tools and parts on Friday 15th March 2019.

With much presale interest, both a large crowd on site plus hundreds of internet registrations seen, the sale being classed as a roaring success with lots being sold from Thurso to Hertfordshire on the mainland and Northern Ireland and Nigeria further afield.  Topping the sale was the Morgan Rushworth 200 ton press brake which sold at £25,000, followed by a Morgan Rushworth HST70 metal worker which had serious presale interest and which after frantic internet bidding sold over the phone for £8,000.
