Longtown Store Cattle Sale Report

The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart plc held their Fortnightly Sale of Store Cattle at Longtown on Tuesday 18th February 2014. 

Again a mixed show of 106 store cattle with something to suit everyone and trade maintained late rates, more cattle still required on a fortnightly basis.  The sale was topped at £1,180 for a pen of 4 Aberdeen Angus Bullocks shown by Messrs D.E. & M. Butler, Beckfoot.
