Longtown Annual Hill Bred Suckler Calf Sale

C&D Auction Marts Ltd held their Annual Hill Bred Suckler Calf Sale on Saturday 21st October 2017 where a catalogue entry of 301 saw the best end and Angus's sell very well but the bottom end similar to other sales. The sale topped at £1,010 for a pen of Angus bullocks sold by R. Moscrop & Son, Border Rigg. Limousin heifers peaked at £1,005 from Messrs J.W. Thomlinson & Son, Standingstone Rigg.
