Longtown Store & Breeding Sheep Sale Report

STORE LAMBS

The Cumberland & Dumfriesshire Farmers Mart plc had forward 4,819 store lambs and feeding ewes at their weekly sale at Longtown on Tuesday 18th November, 2014.

Store lambs were a smaller entry, fresh buyers present and trade animated with the dearest trade of the season realised. Numbers were short of requirements.

Top was £90 for a Dutch Texel from Greenside.
